All spill containers <br /> shall have a minimum capacity of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or <br /> cleaned up. Immediately discontinue deposition of petroleum into the 10,000 gallon Trusco syphon red diesel tank <br /> until the component is repaired or replaced by a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor under permit and <br /> inspection of the EHD. If the spill container can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the sypon red <br /> diesel UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> Note: The drop tube with flapper set at 95% overfill was transferred from the 10,000 gallon Trusco syphon red diesel <br /> tank and placed into the riser of the 10,000 gallon Trusco main red diesel tank. The fill tube of the 10,000 gallon <br /> Trusco syphon red diesel tank was capped off to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 2010 2635(a)(2)(A) Installation and Testing Requirements for All New Underground Storage Tank. <br /> Triennial cathodic protection system certification testing for the sacrificial anodes were last performed on 3-21-06, <br /> 3-26-09, 5-11-12 and was due by March 2015. Testing has not been completed and is one month past due. These <br /> tests are required once every 3 years. The anniversary of this test is March and cannot be postponed to a later month. <br /> Immediately schedule this test and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 5-6-15. <br /> Please be aware that as of January 1, 2014, facility operators are required to upload the following UST program <br /> documents into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST <br /> Certification of Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer(if <br /> applicable), and the Owner Statement of Designated Operator Compliance.
