Y,
I
Return to Compliance for December 8, 2010 Inspection
Fast Lane Central Valley
1. A payment plan was worked out with Accounting Department of the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department. Roughly half of the payments required have been made to
date and we should be paid in full over the next couple of months.
2. Permit will be issued after the above payment plan is completed.
3. The Designated Operator form was submitted to the EHD by the store manager Agnes.
4. Although the initial testing was started before the required date, the testing company failed to
provide the required amount of people to complete the testing for the truck side. After several
missteps on the part of the testing the company the remainder of the testing was to be
completed by November 22, 2010. Most of the testing was completed at the that time, except
for the spill bucket testing on the truck side and failed leak sensor forthe 91 tank. In order to
avoid this in the future testing will be scheduled early in the month October to ensure time to
test and retest the system should and issue occur.
