VEEDER-ROOT <br /> September 9, 2005 MSR 09-05-A <br /> In-Station Diagnostics (ISD) <br /> D VEEMR qpm l <br /> h <br /> 1.0 Purpose <br /> This Marketing Sales Release (MSR) announces the launch of the new Veeder-Root <br /> In-Station Diagnostics (ISD) System. ISD is designed to monitor vapor recovery <br /> systems and is certified to meet California Air Resource Board's (CARB's) Enhanced <br /> Vapor Recovery (EVR) regulations. <br /> 2.0 New Equipment Description <br /> ISD is an add-on to the TLS-350/EMC monitoring systems. The ISD system includes <br /> the following new components: <br /> • Vapor Flow Meter (Sensor) —One per dispenser, designed to measure the <br /> volume of vapors collected during vehicle refueling for vapor collection <br /> monitoring <br /> • Vapor Pressure Sensor— One per station, designed to continuously measure <br /> containment tank pressures for leakage and over-pressure conditions for vapor <br /> containment monitoring <br /> • ISD Software Enhancement Module (SEM) —One per TLS, activates ISD <br /> software technology <br /> • NVMEM 2 Board — (Non-Volatile Memory) One per TLS, provides memory <br /> expansion necessary for ISD report storage <br /> ISD components are UL approved and are CARB certified for use with the Healy EVR <br /> system. <br /> MSR 09-05-A <br />
