Restaurants and commercial kitchens shall have a grease trap or interceptor sized as required by the <br />City of Lathrop’s Public Works Department. <br />11. All projects including food service or Public pools and/or spas shall be checked and approved by <br />the County Health Department as part of the building department plan review process. <br /> <br />LATHROP POLICE SERVICES <br /> <br />1. All conditions are subject to approval by both the Police Chief and Fire Chief collaboratively. <br />2. Applicant shall paint the address on the roof top. The numbers shall be at least 3 feet tall, 2 feet <br />wide, 9 inches apart, with 6 inch brush stroke with a color that contrast the roof top. <br />3. Applicant shall install dedicated lights in the parking lot and properly maintained. All lighting <br />must comply with minimum average 6Ft. Candlepower at 30” from ground. <br />4. Applicant shall install recording security camera system that is maintained and accessible to <br />Lathrop Police Services (for all commercial buildings). <br />5. All landscaping shall comply with standard Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design <br />(CPTED) recommendations: <br />a. Maintain natural visible surveillance to building from parking lot and street. <br />b. Plants taller than 8 feet shall be trimmed up 4 feet from ground. <br />c. Plants under 8 feet shall be trimmed to allow ground level surveillance. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES <br /> <br />1. By exercising this approval, the applicant agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend the City, <br />its officers, agents, elected and appointed officials, and employees, from any and all liability or <br />claims that may be brought against the City arising out of its approval of these entitlements, to the <br />fullest extent permitted by law. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
