MITIGATION MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM 4.0 <br /> <br />Final Environmental Impact Report – Lathrop Pilot Flying J 4.0-3 <br /> <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT MITIGATION MEASURE MONITORING <br />RESPONSIBILITY TIMING VERIFICATION <br />(DATE/INITIALS) <br />not limited to those that are documented within a ten-mile radius of the <br />Project site and are known to nest in the region. The biologist shall map all <br />nests that are within, and visible from, the Project site or Offsite <br />Infrastructure Corridor. If nests are identified, the biologist shall develop <br />buffer zones around active nests as deemed appropriate in coordination with <br />the CDFW. Construction activity shall be prohibited within the buffer zones <br />until the young have fledged or the nest fails. Nests shall be monitored at <br />least twice per week and a report submitted to the City and CDFW monthly. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Impact 3.3-8: Interference with the Movement of Native Fish or Wildlife Species or with Established Wildlife Corridors, or Impede the Use of Native Wildlife Nursery Sites <br />Mitigation Measure 3.3-3: The project applicant shall implement the <br />following nonstructural BMPs that focus on preventing pollutants from <br />entering stormwater: <br />• Pollution Prevention/Good Housekeeping <br />o A spill response and prevention plan shall be developed as <br />a component of (1) SWPPPs prepared for construction <br />activities, (2) SWPPPs for facilities subject to the NPDES <br />general Industrial Stormwater Permit, and (3) spill <br />prevention control and countermeasure plans for <br />qualifying facilities. <br />o Streets and parking lots shall be swept at least once every <br />two weeks. <br />• Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of Treatment Controls <br />o An Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Plan shall be <br />developed for the storm drainage facilities to ensure long- <br />term performance. The O&M plan shall incorporate the <br />manufacturers’ recommended maintenance procedures <br />and include (1) provisions for debris removal, (2) <br />guidance for addressing public health or safety issues, and <br />(3) methods and criteria for assessing the efficacy of the <br />storm drainage system.
