ENVIRONMENTAL SITE ASSESSMENT <br /> FOR REAL PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br /> 1113 SHAW ROAD <br /> STOCKTON, CALIFORNIA <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This report summarizes the results of an environmental site assessment (ESA) <br /> conducted of-Real Property located at 1113 Shaw Road in Stockton, California, the <br /> "site" (Figure 1). The assessment was conducted by ATC Associates Inc. (ATC) in <br /> response to the request of CNL Commercial Finance, Inc. (Client) and in accordance <br /> with CNL's Work Order dated March 28, 2001. It is the understanding of A C that <br /> this investigation was requested in conjunction with a financial transaction. <br /> 2.0 OBJECTIVE <br /> The objective of the assessment described in this report was to identify to the extent <br /> feasible pursuant to the processes prescribed herein; and in the Proposal, the presence <br /> of Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs) as defined in the American Society of <br /> Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard E 1527-00. <br /> 3.0 SCOPE <br /> The scope of services used to meet the objective was in general accordance wi ASTM <br /> Standard E 1527-00. More specifically, the scope of services included revie of the <br /> following readily available information sources: <br /> Task 1: Site and Site Vicinity <br /> Discussions with personnel familiar with the site and review of site <br /> drawings; <br /> A site reconnaissance to look for evidence of present and or past <br /> operations that use or may have used potentially hazardousmaterials; <br /> and <br /> A site vicinity reconnaissance to compile a list of compa 'es and <br /> businesses in the immediate site vicinity that are reported to use, or <br /> appear to use or produce, hazardous substances that in our judgni ent may <br /> impact the site. <br /> 54.25601.0005 1 ATC Associ tes Inca <br />
