If notification is not made to this office prior to testing the results will not be accepted. Resu is <br /> from the above testing must be sent to this office within 30 days of the test completion. It is the <br /> responsibility of the owner/operator to have all test results submitted to this office by Janua <br /> 31, 2003. <br /> It is recommended that you schedule these tests in advance, due to contractor/technician availabilit <br /> An underground storage tank operating permit will not be issued to owners/operators who have not . <br /> performed this required testing by the January 1, 2003 deadline. You shall not operate an underground <br /> storage tank system without a permit [Health& Safety Code(HSC) Section 25284]. <br /> If you have an underground storage tank system in which the secondary containment can not be tested <br /> You must replace the secondary containment system, under a permit from this office, with a system I hat <br /> can be tested by December 31, 2002 [CCR Section 2637(a)(1)]. <br /> Enclosed is a list of known contractors/technicians currently performing secondary containment testing <br /> in San Joaquin County.
