Could not verify vacuum communication in the vent box, or any of the 87-product lines in each dispenser. The vent box had no test ports installed for testing. When the 87-product lines were tested in each dispenser, there was no indication of communication. Testing of the vacuum communication in the vent sumps, and on the 87-product lines in each dispenser will need to be verified to complete the annual monitoring system certification and will be billable at EHD hourly rate. Please refer to amended inspection report dated 5/9/18 for a complete list of outstanding violations.
