Contact the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and local Fire <br /> Department for all necessary permits if applicable. <br /> 2. The installation must follow the manufacturers instructions. <br /> 3. EHD must witness a measurement of the drop tube to determine 95% shutoff for <br /> overfill protection. <br /> 4. EHD must witness the testing of the spill containment with product before <br /> backfilling may occur. <br /> 5. All metal parts of the risers must have corrosion protection. <br /> 6. A tank tightness test must be performed after concrete has been poured and the <br /> results must be received within 10 days of testing. <br /> 7.
