A copy of his certificate is also enclosed. <br /> - Copies of the training log showing the employees were trained by the designated operator on <br /> 4/4/07. <br /> A copy of correspondences to and from our testing vendor(Tanknology)confirming that the <br /> annual compliance tasting will take place no later than March 02nd of every year. <br /> Please note I ensured that the former designated operator for this site gets all the reports from April 2006 <br /> to January 2007 to our office this week.
