The Veeder Root monitoring panel w' 1 be cold started during this <br />upgrade. Cable conduit is being installed between the vent risers d the monitoring panel. The <br />permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />Conditions of approval: <br />1. Contact the local fire department, local plannin or building department and the San <br />Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District or any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the San J aquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) for approval prior to c mmencing work. All new addenda supercede <br />the previous ones. <br />3. When the alarm history is cleared by e cold start, an alarm history printout must be <br />created before the cold start and av * able for EHD inspection. <br />4. Contact Garrett Backus (209-468- 986) to arrange the following inspection(s) (a 48-hour <br />notice is required): <br />a. The EHD must witnes the testing of the functionality of the monitoring system <br />to ensure that monit 'ng has been restored to meet the requirements of <br />California Code of egulations Title 23 and the Health & Safety Code. All <br />monitoring syste sensors must be tested. Electronic line leak detectors must be <br />tested, if install at this site. <br />5. A "Certification of Ins llation / Modification" form shall be submitted by the owner or <br />the owners' agent [pu suant to (CCR) 2635(d)] before this upgrade will be considered <br />complete by EHD. <br />6. All components st be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br />required by the ganization. (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc. See California Code of <br />Regulations ( R), Title 23 Chapter 16 Table B for complete list).
