Contact the local fire department, building department and San Joaquin Valley Air <br /> Pollution Control District for applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any Changes in information or scope of work must be submitted to EHD prior to <br /> commencing work. <br /> 3. All equipment in contact with backfill must have corrosion protection. <br /> 4. Contact Steven C. Shih at (209)468-9850 to arrange inspection appointments; 48-hour <br /> notice for inspection appointments is required. Contact EHD for the following <br /> inspections: <br /> a. Overfill prevention must satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2). <br /> b. Spill bucket must satisfy CCR2635(b)(1) and pass a 30-minute lake test or <br /> equivalent method. <br /> 5. A third party certified tank integrity test must be performed and results received by this <br /> office within 7 days of completing the project. <br /> 6. Permit expires within 90 days. Note: if an extension to the expiration date is <br /> required, a request must be received in writing to this office prior to the expiration <br /> date. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Steven C.
