The plan was updated and revised in <br /> 2002, but no changes to the equipment and/or monitoring system has been made since that <br /> dated. I am meeting with the owner tomorrow with copies of all of the UST forms and new <br /> Retail Facility Compliance Management Workbook with instructions on organization and filing <br /> of all the stations forms, tests and permits. I will give them 30 days to return to compliance <br /> and will report back to you with my findings. If you have any questions, please feel free to give <br /> me a call.
