Explain how communication can be demonstrated throughout the hydrostatic monitored interstitial
spaces of the vent line transition sump and under dispenser containment (UDC) surnps,
Hydrostatic liquid communication must be demonstrated at the far ends of all interstitial spaces. Each
double-wailed hydrostatic sump must be tested throughout the sump. Include a drawing of all test ports
used to test communication. Typically, a minimum of two test ports in each hydrostatically monitored
sump, UDC and vent sump is necessary to verify communication of the interstitial fluid throughout the
sump,
The plans show the fill and turbine sump interstitial ftuid communicat on (2`16 ) ports.
The vent and under dispenser containment sump drawings G06( 2, M.5.3,22, M.5.3,23) do not show
the interstitial fluid communication (2'1) ports.
3 The plans must show the vacuum monitored zones. List the vacuum sensors and the zones they will
monitor Include all product, vent and vapor recovery piping secondary containment.
Response: Comments 2 and 3 were reflected in revised plan sheets delivered to your office on 4/20/17.
Please let me know if you need anything else and thank you for your patience.
From: Garrett Backus [EH] [mailto:gbackus@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, April 28, 2017 11:58 AM
To: Leslie Burnside
Subject: RE: Arco Trinity Pkwy, Stockton - BCE #16700 - Revised Sheets and Responses
And Hosemaster cert (I was sent Flex-ing cert previously)
From: Garrett Backus [EH]
Sent: Friday, April 28, 2017 11:57 AM
To: Leslie Burnside (Iburnside@barghausen.com )
Subject: FW: Arco Trinity Pkwy, Stockton - BCE #16700 - Revised Sheets and Responses
Leslie,
I still need to get updated certifications for Latham Zubillaga for Xerxes tank, Veeder Root level 4 TLS-3XX
Garrett Backus, Ld.
