Additional facility employee(s) will also be <br /> trained to help facilitate scheduling. <br /> Item CCR 2630(d) Monitoring equipment Is not installed or maintained to detect a lea <br /> # at the earliest opportunity. <br /> 306 In the north sump (sump 2), the sensor was not located under the product piping side <br /> All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to be able to detect a leak at the earlies <br /> possible opportunity. The sensor was replaced and retested during the inspection. A <br /> "UST Retrofit Verification with Inspector Already Onsite"form has been completed an <br /> provided to the operator and contractor. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Response:April 9, 2014 during an Electronic Monitoring System <br /> Certification, all sensors were tested with San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department Inspector Aris Veloso present. Inspector Veloso noted the <br /> south turbine sump sensor was located on the west side of the sump and not <br /> located to detect a leak at the earliest opportunity(see attached report). <br /> May 5, 2014 a permit application was submitted with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department to relocate the sensor.
