Monitoring Plan: Section IV Part 1. Continuous Electronic Monitoring for annular space should be liquid filled, <br /> not pressurized. Sensor should be VR 794380-303 <br /> 3. Monitoring Plan: Section V Part I. Continuous Monitoring of pipes should be dry, not pressurized <br /> 4. Monitoring Plan: Section VII Part 3. check that Spill buckets are tested annually <br /> 5.
