Stockton, CA 95215
This is to inform you that your application to install Bravo Box dispenser pans has been
denied. This type of dispenser pan is shallow and requires a flex boot connection outside
of the dispenser pan. The approved connection method for this flex boot to the piping is
through the use of a steel clamp. Also, steel is not cathodically protected and therefore,
can not be in contact with backfill material. Furthermore, our contact from State Regional
Water Quality Control Board states that the equipment is not state approved.
If you have any further questions regarding this matter, I can be reached at
(209)468-3459.
Environmental Hdalth Division
Dennis Catanyag, EHS
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
