Preparee and provide site safety health plan. <br /> 4. Replace both galvanized primary& secondary vent piping with fiberglass piping. <br /> 5. Replace both existing external five (5)gallon spill fill containment boxes with new internal <br /> I i5)g311cm spill cuntaimnent boxes. <br /> 6. Furnish&install the following tank monitor equipment: <br /> A. 2 Took monitors with audible&visual alarms and relay shut off contacts. <br /> E. 1 Annular space sensor, cap &ring installation kit. <br /> C. 2 Piping sump sensors, cap&ring installation kit. <br /> 7. Furnish kk install two(2)coaxial overfill prevention valves, adaptors and caps. <br /> 8.
