Waterloo Rd. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> Dear Rudy; <br /> In July 1992, Western Meter responded to a leak activation at <br /> Three Palms Grocery on Waterloo Road, Stockton. <br /> The system and sensors were check to verify the cause of the <br /> activation, however no leak was found. <br /> Consultation with the manufacturer verified that false alarms <br /> could be caused by a rise in barometric pressure or a heavy <br /> vehicle passing on nearby Highway 88 .
