Waterloo Rd. , Stkn, CA <br /> Dear Lino, <br /> In response to your request the single wall underground storage tank (State I.D. <br /> 65200003) located at the above referenced facility has been placed on "Temporary <br /> Closure" status. Tanks relegated to this status are subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The underground storage tank shall not be used to store any hazardous material or <br /> waste. <br /> 2. Approval for this status is for a period of 2 years (9-1-87 to 9-1-89) or as <br /> approved by the local fire district. <br /> 3. A closure plan or application for active status is required by the Sept. 1, <br /> 1989 deadline. <br /> 4.
