Stockton Promenade—N Edisofreet USTs& Utility Corridors • Page 1 I <br /> Underground Storage Tank Removal Report June 8,2009 <br /> WKA No.7345.09 <br /> • TPHd was detected in each of the eight confirmation soil samples analyzed from the <br /> ' Tank#1 area ranging from 890 milligrams per kilogram (mg/kg)in Tl-Center-6' to 47 <br /> mg/kg in T2-Center-8' <br /> • TPHmo was detected in seven of the eight confirmation soil samples analyzed from the <br /> UST area ranging from 51 mg/kg (T1-Center-6') to 10 mg/kg (Tl-East-6') <br /> ' • TPHg was detected in seven of the eight confirmation soil samples analyzed from the <br /> UST area ranging from 920 mg/kg(T4-E-8) to 2.5 mg/kg(Tl-West-7') <br /> • The highest VOC concentrations were detected in the two confirmation soil samples <br /> analyzed from Tank#4, with benzene detected at 0.052 mg/kg in T4-W-8 <br /> • Methylnaphthalene and naphthalene were detected in one confirmation soil sample from <br /> Tank#1 and two soil samples from Tank#4 <br /> ' • Detected metal concentrations were consistent with background levels encountered <br /> during previous WKA assessment of the Stockton Promenade and not considered <br /> problematic when the background concentrations are compared to the corresponding <br /> commercial health risk based screening levels <br /> ' • The tank content liquid sample had detectable concentrations of TPHd, TPHmo, TPHg, <br /> secondary VOCs, SVOCs, and target metals. The most notable of these results were <br /> TPHd at 1,100,000 micrograms per liter(gg/L), TPHmo at 20,000 gg/L, and TPHg at <br /> ' 2,500 gg/L <br /> 6.2 UST Stockpile Results <br /> ' • TPHd was detected in the three soil samples analyzed from the UST excavation <br /> stockpiles ranging from 52 mg/kg(SP-1,2) to 36 mg/kg (T2-Fill) <br /> ' • TPHmo was detected in the three soil samples analyzed from the UST excavation <br /> stockpiles ranging from 92 mg/kg(SP3-1,2) to 150 mg/kg(SP-1,2) <br /> • TPHg was not detected above laboratory reporting units in any of the three soil samples <br /> analyzed from the UST excavation stockpiles <br /> ' • There were no detectable concentrations of VOCs or SVOCs in any of the three soil <br /> samples analyzed from the UST excavation stockpiles <br /> • PCB (Aroclor 1254) was detected in one of the UST excavation stockpile samples (SP- <br /> 1,2) at a concentration of 0.19 mg/kg <br />
