Health and Safety Plan <br /> STOCKTON PROMENADE PROPERTY <br /> Stockton,California <br /> WKA No. 7345.05 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> Wallace-Kuhl&Associates(WKA)prepared this Health and Safety Plan(HASP)for work <br /> associated with soil excavation and offsite disposal soil located at the Stockton Promenade <br /> property(herein referred to as site),located north of Weber Avenue,along the Stockton Deep <br /> Water Channel(Stockton Channel)and the Mormon Slough in Stockton,California. This HASP <br /> establishes the policies and procedures for the performance of the soil excavation work to protect <br /> workers and the general public from potential health and safety hazards posed by the work, <br /> including exposure to soil containing elevated concentrations of petroleum hydrocarbons and the <br /> organochlorine pesticide, dieldrin.
