If you do not have copies of the Executive <br /> Orders, contact the manufacturers or go to the following Air Resources Board website: <br /> http://www.arb.ca.gov/vapor/eo.htm <br /> Please note that the permittee is responsible for installing the vapor recovery systems <br /> according to the applicable ARB certification requirements, including applicable rules and <br /> regulations of the Division of Measurement Standards, the Department of Food and <br /> Agriculture, the Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Department of Forestry and Fire <br /> Protection, the Division of Occupational Safety and Health, the Department of Industrial <br /> Relations, and the Division of Water Quality of the State Water Resources Control Board that <br /> have been made conditions of the certification. <br /> Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
