All work shall be completed in phases as follows to comply with federal, state <br /> and local environmental laws and regulations. <br /> 1. Obtain permits thm San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department for the installation <br /> of new waste oil drain table. <br /> 2. Remove existing waste oil drain table drain, correct low areas and slope problem at bottom pan, <br /> lake test drain table in shop, re-powder coat drain table, and reinstall. <br /> 3. Plumb existing crusher waste into waste oil drain system, if proper slope can not be archived, <br /> installs a five gallon bucket to catch waste. Bucket shall be emptied on a daily bases if this <br /> method is required. <br /> 4. Re-test double wall waste oil line with nitrogen. If line holds retest as follows. <br /> 5. Afforda-Test shall perform a precission tank system test. <br /> 6. Upon completion positive results from tank test a complete SB-989 shall be perform including <br /> new waste oil drip pan by Afforda-Test. <br /> 7.
