All work shall be completed in phases as follows to comply with federal, state <br /> and local environmental laws and regulations. <br /> 1. Obtain permits thru San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department for the installation <br /> of new waste oil drain table. <br /> 2. Re-test double wall waste oil line with nitrogen. If line holds retest as follows. <br /> 3. Afforda-Test shall perform a precission tank system test. <br /> 4. Upon completion positive results from tank test a complete SB-989 shall be perform including <br /> new waste oil drip pan by Afforda-Test. <br /> 5.
