The tray, as installed, does not completely drain into the tank. Low spots <br /> at the pipe connection to the filter crusher and in the bottom of the tray collect and retain oil. The EHD cannot <br /> approve the permit with the current drain table. PG & E must install a new remote fill system or alter the current <br /> system so it completely drains into the tank.
