PG&E has
updated the plan and a copy is attached to this report.
• Item #18 — SJCEHD noted two Veeder-Root alarm records, dated March
31, 2004 and July 19, 2004. The County requested additional information
regarding the responses to these alarms and input on how future alarm
actions will be documented. The March 31 alarm was related to a leak on
the delivery hose connection, causing fuel to enter the sump. The fuel
was removed on April 5, 2004. The July 19 alarm was caused by a faulty
line leak detector which was replaced on that same day. PG&E would like
to note however, that the Stockton Division is instituting a new alarm
tracking form to better document alarms and related responses. A copy of
the form is included in Attachment 2 of the UST Monitoring Plan. This
form may be modified in the future as needed.
• Item #19 — SJCEHD noted that positive shutdown could not be confirmed
during the January 4 testing due to the sump sensor problems. PG&Es
contractor, Accutest, returned to the facility on January 24, 2005 and
completed the testing, and confirmed positive shutdown. A copy of the
monitoring system certification results was submitted by fax to the County
on January 24, 2005. A copy is also attached to this report.
• Item #20 — SJCEHD noted that the unleaded line leak detector could not
be tested on January 4, 2005 due to the sensor problems. PG&Es
contractor, Accutest, returned to the facility on January 24, 2005 and
completed the testing, and confirmed proper operation of the line leak
detector. A copy of the results was submitted by fax to the County on
January 24, 2005, and a copy is also attached to this report.
• In addition, a copy of the Secondary Containment Testing Report form for
the test performed on January 4, 2005 is attached.
It is a pleasure to provide this information.
