Tait's <br /> Medical Consultant should prescribe an adequate medical exam which fulfills OSHA CFR <br /> 29 1910.120 Requirements. <br /> All personnel working in contaminated or potentially contaminated areas at the site will <br /> verify currency (within 12 months) with respect to medical monitoring. <br /> 5.2.3 EXIT PHYSICAL <br /> Enrollment in the Medical Monitoring Program will end at such time as the employee <br /> terminates the program and/or the company. At that time, an exit examination for the <br /> employee is required.
