Suitable anchorage points (capable of 5000lbs per person). <br /> B. A full body harness with at least one front or back D ring. <br /> C. A shock-absorbing lanyard with two connection points. <br /> 13. Ladders and Scaffolds <br /> Scaffolds and ladders shall comply with applicable Federal, State, or Property Owner <br /> rules and Regulations, which ever is more stringent. Scaffolds and Ladders shall incorporate <br /> the use of engineered and approved materials for their purpose. Metal ladders shall not be <br /> used near electrical hazards. Job-made ladders shall not be used. <br /> Scaffold erection, moving or dismantling must be done under the supervision of a competent <br /> person.
