Scaffolds and Ladders shall incorporate <br /> the use of engineered and approved materials for their purpose. Metal ladders shall not be <br /> used near electrical hazards. Job-made ladders shall not be used. <br /> Scaffold erection, moving or dismantling must be done under the supervision of a competent <br /> person.
