Wilson Way <br /> Stockton CA 95205 <br /> A recent review of the underground storage tank file for the above referenced facility indicated that <br /> this office has not received your annual monitoring certification, line leak detector, and line tightness <br /> results (if applicable). According to CCR 2637 (b) this testing must be performed at least once every <br /> 12 months. In addition, this office must be notified of the test date and time within 48 hours of <br /> performing the test. Furthermore,results from the testing must be sent to this office within 30 days <br /> of the test completion.
