Ca. <br /> the proposed plan and application for permit to install new underground storage tank at <br /> above location have been approved with the following condition: <br /> 1. Contact fire department for permit. <br /> 2. All new submittals supercede the previously submitted ones. <br /> 3. To satisfy automatic pump shut off requirements, the product lines must <br /> satisfy all conditions listed in section 2636 (g) of California Code of <br /> 4. Stibmn a copy of contractor's certificate of training issued by the tank and <br /> piping .manufacturer to EFID prior to scheduling for an inspection. <br /> 3. Submit state form C for each tank system to EHD upon job completion. <br /> 6. Contact me for inspection. See page 10 of application for the required <br /> inspection. In addition to page 10 of application. an Inspection on the TL <br /> labeling on the product pipes prior to the installation is also required. All <br /> appointments must be scheduled 48 hrs in advance. <br /> 7. Any changes in the information provided must be submitted to EHD for <br /> approval prior to commencing- work. <br /> S.
