Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED <br /> 2 FIFTY DOLLARS ($10,750.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions <br /> 3 Code §§ 17200 et seq.. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF SAN <br /> 4 JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 5 Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 6 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of TEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED <br /> 7 FIFTY DOLLARS ($10,750.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health and Safety Code <br /> 8 §25299. Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 9 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT - ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> 10 TRUST. Said payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 1 I Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 12 7. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND NINE <br /> 13 HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($1,999.50), as partial recovery of the <br /> 14 cost of investigation and suit incurred by the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY ENVIRONMENTAL <br /> 15 HEALTH DEPARTMENT. Said payment shall be due and payable to the aforementioned agency, <br /> 16 and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 17 Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 18 8. Defendant shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE THOUSAND SIX <br /> 19 HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($1,685.00), as partial recovery of the cost of investigation <br /> 20 and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be <br /> 21 due and payable to the aforementioned agency, and shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County <br /> 22 Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit. <br /> 23 9. This judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
