We will disconnect the electrical,product and vapor lines.We will immediately cap the vapor <br /> line and remove dispenser 7/8 off the existing pan- <br /> 2. We will remove the existing 3"x 2"boot from the 87 product piping in pan under dispenser 7/8. <br /> 3. We will furnish and install one (1)3"x 2" boot in this dispenser pan. <br /> 4. We will open the 87 (Regular)sump and remove the bad 3"x 2"boot. <br /> 5. We will furnish and install one(1)3"x 2"boot in the 87(Regular) sump. <br /> 6. We will test the U.D.C. (Under Dispenser Containment)under dispenser 7/8 and product line 87 <br /> (secondary)that we installed the new boot on. <br /> 7. With passing result on the U.D.C. testing we will re-install dispenser 7/8 and hook back up the <br /> electrical, product and vapor lines. <br /> S. We will conduct testing after the 7/8 dispenser is re-installed too.This is to assure ale work is <br /> flee from any leaks. <br /> 9. We will meet with the various agencies for final approvals if required. <br /> 10. We will leave job site broom clean. <br /> EXCLUSIONS: <br /> A) Third party testing required by APCD and EHD if needed is owner's choice.Payment for <br /> third party testing will be customer's responsibility. <br /> B) Any changes from the above scope of work will be by a signed change order and invoiced separately. <br /> 1 <br /> l <br />
