When we did the SB-989 on 10/21/09 the UDC in dispenser
#7/8 failed, due to the test boot on the product line having a tear in it. Thus, the line secondary would fail
also. When we put water in the UDC, it started coming out in the sump on tank#2. So we knew that boot
was bad too and did not test the sump. Elite 4 is replacing the boots, as we thought the dispenser might
need to be lifted and we don't do that. Evidently they have someone small enough to install the test boots.
Elite 4 will test the line secondary and then we will come back in and test the#2 sump and re-test the#7/8
UDC. The reason we failed the sump on tank#1 was because water was getting into the electrical conduit.
We will address this when we come in to re-test. My tech thinks the tank#2 sump will have the same issue
and we will try to fix this also.
