Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. Complete and submit a copy of the <br /> financial responsibility within 30 days of receiving this report. Received 2 set of financial responsibility <br /> certification dated 9/12/11 and 9/12/12, during inspection. <br /> 305. The Diesel turbine sensor failed to clear out of alarm when tested to ensure continuous monitoring <br /> of the tank system. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and visual alarm <br /> or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. Correct immediately by having a <br /> properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor replace the failed component with a functional <br /> component (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) and obtain a permit within 1 business day from the EHD. If <br /> the failed component can't be replaced immediately, there is a possibility that the diesel UST system <br /> may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 310. Liquid was observed in the diesel STP sump. If water could enter into the secondary containment <br /> by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this <br /> liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it <br /> accordingly. Ensure that all the sumps are maintained free of liquid.
