Contact the Fire Department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. At least one person who holds the International Code Council UST Service Technician <br /> certification and is manufacturer certified for the spill bucket must be onsite when work <br /> is performed. <br /> 3. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from <br /> the manufacturer of that component. <br /> 4. Contact EHD to schedule the following appointments: <br /> a. The spill buckets must be tested to ensure they hold a minimum of 5-gallons and <br /> pass a one hour lake test or equivalent after concrete is poured. <br /> 5. Allow 48-hour advance notice for scheduling inspections with this office. <br /> 6. This permit expires 90 days from the approval date. <br /> 7.
