Date: 02/13/2019 <br /> Manufacturer training: Fastech Enhanced Leak Det, 05/05/18 <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> On site to observe hydrostatic testing on under dispenser containment(UDC)sumps in dispensers 1/2, 3/4,7/8,and 9/10.An <br /> accelerated 15 min test using the certified Wayne Perry Fastech Enhanced Leak Detection System was utilized.The tests <br /> passed for all UDCs in noted dispensers.Verified that the flex pipes drained into the UDCs in the tested dispensers.The boots <br /> on the flex pipe contained a drain valve and the valve was observed open in all the tested UDCs. <br /> On site to observe and verify minimum 5 gallon capacity on the 87-2 fill spill containment.The 87-2 fill containment did not hold <br /> 5 gallons and the fill containment failed during testing. Immediately revise and amend the service request to include <br /> replacement of the 87-2 fill containment and insure that there is a minimum of 5 gallons capacity. <br /> Note:A cold start was not performed. Concrete was not broken according to contractor.
