Grant Line Road,Tracy
Hello Shawna,
1 spoke to you a few minutes ago about why your company has scheduled a secondary containment test at the Costco
Gas Station site at 3250 W. Grant Line Road in Tracy, CA.
You indicated during our phone conversation that testing of secondary containment was completed on November 16`h
at this site and the test failed. You indicated that during the scheduled testing on February 9th, Belshire plans to tighten
penetration in the under dispenser containment(UDC). I assume you are referring to UDC 1/2.
The original service request (SR No. 0071768) was submitted by a different contractor, Wayne Perry Inc., and approved
on this agency on April 14, 2015.
Belshire will need to submit a new permit application for the new repair since SR0071768 was issued to Wayne Perry,
Inc. Include in the application what parts and adhesive may be used for the repair. Even if it only requires "tightening"
the penetration fitting, a permit to pay for the inspection to witness the retest of the secondary containment will be
needed. You cannot schedule a retest until the permit application has been submitted and approved by the
Environmental Health Department.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209) 468-9852
Email: vmccartney@sicehd.com
Fr
:.
!r!Y
1
