No. 38/Our Job No. 10199 <br /> Dear Mr.VonFlue: <br /> On behalf of our client, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Barghausen Consulting Engineers, Inc., is <br /> requesting an extension to the approved Underground Storage Tank Permit for the fueling facility at the <br /> location referenced above. The permit was approved on September 25, 2002. The Conditions of <br /> Approval state that the permit expires at the end of the calendar year [2002], which allows for a <br /> three-month period for installation. We would like to request an extension of this permit until December <br /> 31, 2003,to allow additional time to install the approved tank system. <br /> Please extend the expiration date of the Underground Storage Tank Permit and issue a revised approval <br /> letter, with conditions, at your earliest convenience.
