Hammer Lane,Stockton CA <br /> Your application for permit to install a new underground storage tank system at the above location <br /> has been approved with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br /> applicable permits. <br /> 2. The contractor shall be licensed by the Contractors Licensing Board. <br /> 3. Any changes shall be submitted to EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All new <br /> submittals supercede the previous ones. <br /> 4. Both primary and secondary pipes shall bear a UL label. <br /> 5. All pipe fittings and connections shall bear a UL label. <br /> 6. The vapor recovery,vent and fill risers shall be secondary contained per plans. <br /> 7. All monitoring systems shall be listed on the LG113-16. <br /> 8. All testing shall be in compliance with manufacturer's instruction, section 2635 and section <br /> 2636 of California Code of Regulations (CCR) <br /> 9. Automatic pump shutdown must satisfy CCR 2636(g). <br /> 10. All piping must slope to a containment sump with an audible/visual alarm. <br /> 11. Overfill prevention shall satisfy CCR 2635(b)(2)(B). <br /> 12. Underground storage tanks are to be anchored per the permit application. <br /> 13. See blue print plans for any additional changes. <br /> 14. Submit employee training certification from the manufacture of the tank and piping prior to <br /> commencing installation. <br /> 15. An accurate and drawn-to scale-as-built plan must be submitted to EHD prior to scheduling a <br /> final inspection. <br /> 16. All lines and tanks shall be tested for tightness, in accordance to manufacturer's guidelines by a <br /> licensed tank tester and results received prior to the final inspection. <br /> 17. Contact Ray von Flue, EHS (209) 468-9848 for inspections. See inspection checklist for the <br /> required inspections. All,appointments must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. <br /> 18. This permit expires at the end of the calendar year.
