See pages 7 & 8 of the permit application for required analytical tests. <br /> 2. A copy of the fire department permit must be submitted at the time of removal. <br /> 3. Schedule removal appointment 48 hours in advance. <br /> 4. These tanks are to be cleaned and certified by a Marine Chemist to be non-hazardous. Once <br /> io. clean they are to be transported to Xerxes in Anaheim, California for re-certification. <br /> 5. In addition, the following information must be submitted within 30 days of the removal <br /> date: <br /> (a) Analytical results, mailed from the lab <br /> (b) UST Tracking Record Sheet and Tank Hazardous Waste Manifest <br /> (c) Tank Closure Certification Form <br /> ` (d) Hazardous Waste Manifest for piping,rinsate, residual fuel,or waste oil receipt if <br /> applicable <br /> (e) Submit the backfill excavation certificate as required by San Joaquin County <br /> ` 6.
