Holt, Stockton. <br /> CONDITIONS FOR INSTALLATION: <br /> 1 Notify fire dept. <br /> 2 All deviations from approved plans must be approved by PHS/EHD. <br /> 3 All new submittals supercede the previous ones. <br /> 4 Pump shut down must satisfy all conditions listed on 23 CCR 2636 (g). <br /> 5 All interstitial monitors must perform according to manufacture's <br /> standards, and must be tested annually in accordance with section 2630 <br /> (d), California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 23 Waters, Division 3, <br /> Chapter 16. <br /> 6 All corrodible piping if in direct contact with backfill material, shall be <br /> protected against corrosion as specified in Title 23 2636 (b). <br /> 7 Existing vent lines may be left in place if they are uncovered and <br /> inspected by EHD to confirm they are corrosion protected and <br /> structurally sound. Lines must pass pressure test as any new line, or be <br /> replaced with new piping. <br /> 8 Leak detectors must be installed on all turbines. <br /> 9 Sealing rubber boots used to test secondary containment piping must be <br /> slipped away so that the secondary lines drain properly. <br /> 10 Tanks and lines must be precision-tested and a copy of the result must <br /> be submitted to EHD prior to placing them into service. <br /> I Provide a mean to remove liquid from the secondary pipes of the <br /> remote fills. Submit the diagram to EHD for approval. <br /> 12 All inspection must be scheduled 48 hrs. in advance.
