If it is not replaced, please <br /> submit detailed diagram, including new piping layout, and <br /> explanation on how and at what location it will be connected to the <br /> new piping. If it is replaced, please submit cut-sheet and detailed <br /> diagram. <br /> Response: The existing turbine, turbine containment sump, piping penetration <br /> fitting, etc. are to remain. The new piping will tie into the existing <br /> piping, shortly after its exit from the containment sumps. Please see <br /> the revised Site Demolition Plan and Product Piping Plan. <br /> Item #4 <br /> Comment: Provide a detailed explanation on how the remote fills work and how <br /> the liquid in the secondary piping will be monitored and/or <br /> removed. <br /> Response: When liquid gets into the secondary piping, it wall fall back to the <br /> lowest point of the remote fill line (at the top of the existing <br /> underground fuel storage tank). The "Veeder Root' microsensor will <br /> be located at the low point of the remote fill line. A copy of the <br /> "Results if U.S. EPA Standard Evaluation" are also attached, for the <br /> microsensor. <br />
