No person may own or operate an UST unless a permit for its operation has been issued by the local agency to the owner or operator of the UST system. Immediately obtain a permit to operate a UST system from the EHD. An “Operating without a Permit” penalty applies. UST Facility Operating Permit Application is lacking a valid BOE Maintenance Fee Account Numbers or BOE number is incorrect. John Stagg log into CERS, update the required information, and showed documentation that BOE was recently updated on August 2017. This was corrected on site. This is a Class I violation.
