These wells surround an underground <br /> storage tank in the SEC of the subject property. MW#1, #3, and #4 had approximately five <br /> casing volumes of water extracted prior to the actual sample taken. The water level in MW#2 <br /> was very low and silty. Consequently, the sample obtained may not represent the underlying <br /> formation water. <br /> After sampling each MW, the bailer was washed inside and out with a Trisodium Phosphate <br /> (TSP) solution and triple rinsed with DI water. The bailer rope was also washed after each MW <br /> sampling. MW#3 was sampled last. A battery operated purge pump was used to purge and <br /> sample this well. <br /> Two - one liter samples were drawn from each MW and placed in an ice chest at approximately <br /> 4 p C. The requested testing is for TPH and EPA 625. The eight glass sample bottles were <br /> delivered to JL Labs under COC on Monday evening, October 30, 1995, at 5:20 p.m.. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to provide this service for you.
