The additional monitoring well will be <br /> installed for the purpose of the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> granting a site specific variance to vadose zone monitoring requirements as outlined in <br /> California Administrative Code Title 23, Chapter 3, Subchapter 16, Article 4, Section 2641, <br /> "Monitoring Alternatives",Alternative Number 2. <br /> Well borehole drilling, sagpling, and monitoring well installation will be conducted by <br /> B&F Drilling, Rancho Cordova, California. A California Licensed Contractor <br /> Questionnaire for B&F Drilling is already on file with the San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Service.
