Once the necessary permits have been secured, the following <br /> procedures listed below will be implemented to close the tanks and sump in-place. All <br /> product has already been removed from the tanks. All suction inlet gauge and vent piping <br /> will be removed and plugged or capped prior to filling the tanks and sump with a cement <br /> slurry mix. <br /> 1. Collect soil samples beneath the tanks and sump utilizing geotechnical drilling. <br /> 2. Triple rinse the tanks and sump. <br /> 3. Purge the tanks and sump. <br /> 4.
