The Discharger shall notify the Regional Board as soon as it knows or <br /> has reason to believe: <br /> a. That any activity has occurred or will occur that would result in <br /> the discharge of any toxic pollutant that is not limited in this <br /> permit, if that discharge will exceed the highest of the following <br /> "notification levels": <br /> 1) 100 micrograms per liter (ug/1) <br /> 2) 200 ug/l for acrolein and acrylonitrile; 500 ug/l for 2,4- <br /> dinitrophenol and 2-methyl-4,6-dinitrophenol ; and 1 ug/l for <br /> antimony; <br /> 3) Five times the maximum concentration value reported for that <br /> pollutant in the permit application; or <br /> 4) The level established by the Regional Board in accordance with <br /> 40 CFR 122.44(f). <br /> b. That it has initiated or expects to begin to use or manufacture as <br /> an intermediate or final produce or by-product any toxic pollutant <br /> that was not reported in the permit application. <br /> 5. The Discharger shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting <br /> Program No. 89-072. <br /> 6. By 1 June 1990 the Discharger shall submit a Technical Report which <br /> describes and evaluates the TDS concentrations in the supply water and <br /> effluent on a seasonal basis, and the impacts, if any, the effluent has <br /> on TDS concentrations in Mormon Slough. Additional monitoring other <br /> than that required in Monitoring and Reporting Program No. 89-072 may <br /> be required to properly evaluate any impacts. The Board will review <br /> the Technical Report and may revise the effluent limits, the receiving <br /> water limitations, or both. <br /> 7. This Order expires on 1 May 1994 and the Discharger must file a Report <br /> of Waste Discharge in accordance with Title 23, California <br /> Administrative Code, not later than 180 days in advance of such date <br /> as application for issuance of new waste discharge requirements. <br /> 8. In the event of any change in control or ownership of land or waste <br /> discharge facilities presently owned or controlled by the Discharger, <br /> the Discharger shall notify the succeeding owner or operator of the <br /> existence of this Order by letter, a copy of which shall be forwarded <br /> to this office. <br />
