The following shall constitute the effluent monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituent Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd Continuous Continuous <br /> Electric Conductivity umhos/cm 24-Hour Daily <br /> Total Dissolved Solids mg/l 24-Hour Monthly <br /> Settleable Matter ml/l Grab Weekly <br /> COD mg/l 24-Hour Weekly <br /> pH Number 24-Hour Daily <br /> Oil and Grease mg/l 24-Hour Weekly <br /> Chlorine Residual mg/l Grab Weekly <br /> EPA 606 ug/l Grab Every two <br /> months <br /> EPA Methods 606 will be taken every two months for a period of six months. If <br /> no compounds of concern are detected, these analyses can be eliminated, with the <br /> concurrence of the Board's Executive Officer. <br />
