Date: <br />Manufacturer training: <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />On site for the following inspections: <br />Verification of communication in the product piping secondary containment. This was conducted by the installer using <br />pressurized piping. <br />The vapor recovery line, the 91 product line, the 87 product line, the 91 vent line and the 87 vent line were tested. <br />Communication was observed in the lines tested. <br />Note: Vacuum system communication still needs to be conducted after fuel delivery. <br />Verification of the dispenser footprints contained by the under dispenser containment (UDC) sumps. <br />It was observed that the product piping and the filters were contained by the UDC unit. <br />Verification of VPH components installed on the UST system. <br />VPH components were not installed on the 87 fill sump during the time of inspection. <br />Verified location and installation of UDC units brine reservoirs in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. <br />Verified that the sensor holders for the 208 sensors in the UDC units were raised off of the UDC floor. <br />Additional inspections are needed before fuel can be dropped in the line. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
